Why We Started
Bugout Tech LLP
Bugout Tech LLP was founded in 2025 in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra — a city known for its entrepreneurial spirit in the textile and manufacturing sector. Our founders, engineers with experience across startups and enterprise systems, saw a persistent gap: businesses in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities lacked access to premium software development without the premium price tag of metro agencies.
We built Bugout Tech to close that gap. Our model is simple: pair the technical rigour of enterprise software development with the agility and personal attention of a boutique team. Every client gets senior engineers, not juniors supervised from afar.
Today we serve clients across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, edtech, and fintech — building software that runs reliably, scales without drama, and is maintained with the same care it was built with.

Every client is assigned a dedicated senior engineer as the technical lead — someone who understands your codebase from day one and stays accountable throughout.
We work in 2-week sprints with a fixed scope. At the end of each sprint, you get a live demo of working software — not a status update or a slide deck.
Code is pushed to a private repository you own from day one. Every commit is reviewed. Every deployment is tested in a staging environment before touching production.
We hold weekly syncs that are 30 minutes max. We respect your time and communicate async by default through a shared project board.
